2 rooms flat of 85m² in London

It has been recently refurbished, and carefully decorated by myself. Bills included: - council tax - internet - water) Bills NOT included: - electricity The kitchen is fully equipped (washer dryer, dish washer, fridge, oven, freezer). 1st floor. There are scaffoldings installed on the building since January 2025. By now it should have been removed, but things have been delayed and I can't say when it will be removed. (hopefully soon). Brand new double glazed windows have been installed this year. If any questions, feel free :) The flat must be rented entirely, not available per room.
