Hey, We're three friends and are moving out early due to two of us having changes in jobs that require us to relocate further up north in the UK! The apartment has been recently refurbished, it comes with underfloor heating, newly bought amenities such as a new fridge/freezer and washing/dryer machine. Flat is completely furnished and compromises of three bedrooms, one restroom. and an open plan kitchen/lounge. There is also a moderately sized patio around the side of the apartment, which would be great in the summer. Room sizes: 1 Large room 1 Medium sized room 1 small room (can fit a double in, like I have, but it is a squeeze - you can request to put a single bed in instead, if you want moving space - the landlord is super nice and very willing) Price is 2950 for all 3 rooms.
