1 room flat of 52 m² in London

Looking for someone to take my flat a few days a week or 1 - 2 weeks a month, on a regular rolling basis. (For context this is my home however I work away a lot and thus the flat if often empty so would be ideal fir someone in a similar boat needing to be in London occasionally). Will have to be happy working around my belongings but also happy for you to leave a few possessions in the flat. Ideal for a professional that needs to be in the city but does not require a full time rental contract. Open for discussion around what / how many days per week / weeks a month. It’s newly renovated with marble worktops, boiling water tap, designer furniture and a south facing balcony. It’s a small space but plenty of storage with a cloak room, built in wardrobes and a separate storage / utility room. It’s on a beautiful road with a large waitrose 2 minutes walk away and boots, Tesco, Sainsbury’s all within 5 minutes walk. The nearest tube is Holloway Road (Piccadilly line) you can get there on foot in 5 minutes (15 mins door to door to Covent Garden), 5 mins to Kings X so ideal for those commuting in. Available now on a rolling contract basis. The flat will come fully furnished with furniture/ crockery / coffee machine. I will be leaving some of my things as also stay in the flat when in london. Happy for you to leave a few small positions in the flat between stays but prefer not to have a lot of positions permanently stored. Ideally I’m looking for an individual, non smoker no pets.
