This is a new large 1 bedroom flat with a private wc and shower. It is in a new first floor flat, sharing a kitchen with only 2 people. It is for only 1 person. It is for only 1 person. The full size new fitted kitchen contains a washing machine and a tumble dryer. Bills are £100 per month. To arrange a viewing please telephone me any day between 8am and 8pm. To rent from me you must have the Right to Rent. If you are British or Irish I will need to see your passport. If you are not British or Irish I will need your Right to Rent share code.
