Newly Refurbished Flat – 5 Minutes from Colindale Station (Parking Available) Rent: I have a newly refurbished flat in Colindale, located on the second floor (no lift), just a 5-minute walk from the station, with parking available. The flat has been completely renovated and includes brand-new appliances such as a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, and oven. The furniture and bed are also brand new. Everything in the property is new. I am open to short term and long term & short term rentals. I am looking for an exceptionally clean, organised, and responsible person who will take good care of the flat. As I have a very sensitive neighbour, it is important to keep noise to a minimum. Loud music or parties are not permitted in the property. Additional information:• Electricity is pay-as-you-go and paid separately by tenant • No TV licence or Wi-Fi currently installed (the lodger may arrange this if needed)• Parking available• No smoking inside the flat• No pets allowed due to building management rules As the property has been newly refurbished, I expect the flat and its equipment to be treated with care. Any damage caused through negligence will need to be addressed by the lodger. If the agreed conditions of the stay are not respected, the lodger will be given 4 weeks’ notice to leave the property.
