A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time, as this will cause disruption to the cleaner’s schedule. The full address will be provided prior to your check-in, together with the access details. There will be a fee for lost keys, £100 and a fee of £50 will be charged for call-out if you forget the keys inside the flat. The full cost of lock replacement will be charged for lost keys. A £100 will be applied for late checkout. We love our neighbours so respect the building and be considerate when it comes to noise levels. During your stay, the property management team will be around 24/7 via e
