1 room flat of 25m² in Bournemouth

Hi I’ll be moving out of my 1 bed flat and need someone To replace my tenancy which ends 26th February and then they can renew with the agency if they wish to continue. The house comes unfurnished but I am willing to give away my bed , mattress and wardrobe at a highly discounted price as I am moving cities. the space is beautiful and huge . The rent is 865 and covers all except council tax of band A and your own wifi. Whoever is taking over has to earn at least £26k per annum and will be referenced.
