Very spacious and bright 1 bed 1 bath with living room separate from the kitchen + really big private lovely garden. Sad to be moving out for personal reasons as this property is really lovely: On a quiet residential road, the managing agency is located on the same street so any problems you can just go knock and they'll help you out (I've not had many since moving here last spring). For a couple, bills come up to less than 100£ a month (EPC rating=C) + council tax (band C). Flat is available from the first week of April but I can be flexible with dates and contract ends in October, however tenancy can be renewed.
