1 room flat of 73m² in Salford

Hiiii, I'm moving to brighton so need someone to take over my tenancy at Chapel Wharf. I'm on a clause at the moment but need to move for work so looking for someone who is happy to rent out the flat through me until end of tenancy - my clause ends September so can get you added on the tenancy then if you prefer. whilst you are renting through me you won't need references or anything etc. Bills come to around £50 a month for water and electric for 2 people, we will pay all outgoing bills until move in date :)
