1 room flat of 47m² in London

Hi all, I am going away for the summer (July - October) and looking for an individual or a couple to look after my flat in central London. Could potentially work for a longer let past October, I can be flexible. It is 3 min from Haggerston station, 1 min from buses into central, 5 mins from Regents Canal and about 10 mins walking from Shoreditch. There is a balcony which gets lots of sun in the summer, as well as washer / dryer, built in wardrobe and all the other usual amenities. Ideally you would be able to stay the whole time and I will put some of my stuff into storage so you’ll have the whole flat to yourself. I would just ask that you look after my plants! Price includes all bills and costs etc.
