Transport is well connected to the City and the West End. it's a vibrant prime location with a wide range of choice for cafes, restaurants, bars and pubs. A responsible, tidy, and trustworthy tenant is required. My furniture and personal belongings will be here. However, there will be space for you to keep your stuff comfortably. All bills are included, eg; council tax, high speed broadband suitable for WFH, water. and TV license. Electricity and gas is included up to £55 a month, anything in excess will be paid by you. The flat includes all amenities: a washer/dryer, fridge, gas stove and oven, and microwave. No party people, pls.
