The flat is really big and cosy. It has a nice garden that has funiture and a gas bbq perfect for any time of the year as it heats up very quickly. The rent includes the council tax. The location is premium, it is 1 minute from king Street, but the street is very quite and safe, far. Nearby there is everything you might need, from M&S, Lidl, Sainsbury, dry cleaners, buble tea shops, plenty of restaurants and countless other shops. There are several shops that sell fresh products from all over the world, plenty of gyms achievable for everyone and many nail/beauty salons. The Ravenscout Park is only a few minutes away by foot, nice for a picnic on a sunny day. The property is also 10 minutes away from the river, where you can enjoy a beautiful view of the Hammersmith Bridge and a beer in the many pubs and restaurants there. The transportation is also very convenient as the flat is located less than 5 minutes away from the Hammersmith and City line, Piccadilly and the District line. There is also an overground a few minute walk from here. The manager of the building have also always been very nice, very proactive and I have never had a problem. I am very sad to leave this apartment, but unfortunately for health reasons I cannot stay anymore in London.
