1 room flat of 36m² in London

We would like to rent out (short term only, 4 weeks minimum) our 1st floor apartment in a very pleasant London neighbourhood. The house contains two separate apartments. We are renting the 1st floor flat. The downstairs flat has my son and his family of three. We share the same entrance to the house and hallway. The floors are completely separate. You'll have your own private bathroom, toilet, kitchen and living space. The apartment is very close to the lovely East Sheen high-street with a 15 minute walk to Mortlake station. You can get to Waterloo with a 21 minute train ride! Otherwise, if you need the district line, it's a nice 20 minute walk to Kew Gardens Station! You also have links to travel to Richmond with a less than 10 minute bus ride. Alternatively, if you have a car, we have lots of off-road parking options available, less than a minute walk away! Richmond Park is 15' walk and the Thames River in Richmond is just 12' by bus. We are looking for a short term single person rental, but will consider offers for couples on request. No pets. No smoking.
