1 room flat of 48m² in London

Hi, I'm renting out my entire flat with use of one double bedroom for six weeks from Feb 15th - March 29th 2026 while I do some travelling. It's a clean, warm, very cosy, newly decorated flat in a great spot close to London Fields. It's on the first floor on a quiet residential street facing out to the communal garden at the back so it's very peaceful, but still just 5 minute walk from Kingsland Road, 10 mins Dalston, Broadway Market etc. Haggerston overground is a 7 min walk and tonnes of buses into central stop just at the end of the road (5 min walk). I'm renting it for £500 per week / £2000 per month / £3000 for the full six week period including all bills, fast fibre wifi etc. I will give priority to those who need it for the full six weeks. Looking for reliable, clean tenants that will take care of the place and water a plant or two! No parties, etc. NOTE: There's also an option to take the room earlier from Feb 1st (so for two full months) if you're happy to share the communal spaces with me for two weeks before I leave to go traveling. I would charge £650 for those two weeks since it would be a share for that period.
