1 room flat of 26m² in Worthing

Hello! I am going travelling for a month and therefore looking to rent out my flat. It has one bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom, hallway and a private garden. Cost includes bills. I do have a cat, so you must be used to looking after cats. She is quite easy going and goes outside. She does like company and chilling on the sofa. The flat is close to Worthing main train station and only 10min walk to the beach. Lots of shops, cafes, restaurants, etc, near by. There is free on street parking.
