1 room flat of 45m² in London

Hello there! My name is Taylor and I am looking to rent out my South London flat This price is inclusive of all bills, heating / water / council tax / high speed wifi. The flat is light and airy, with a nice through flow from the sitting room through to the bedroom, leading out to the garden. The middle doors can be shut at any time. As this is more of a sublet ideally would like to keep all furniture in situ. There is more than enough storage for one individual or a couple. The white sofa in the sitting room is a pull out double bed for guests. I will be able to put some things into storage if necessary. There is now a desk and chair where the piano is in the pictures in the sitting room. There is residential parking, and usually always spaces right outside. Permits cost around £40 a month. The house is split in to 2 flats and the flat above is occupied by 3 tenants, one of which is my best mate. They are all lovely, respectful and all older working professionals. The big garden is split into two sections, the guys upstairs have access to this through the side gate. The neighbourhood is a quiet one, and I am close with my neighbours on either side. The flat isn't far from lovely Balham, which is a bustling hub of cafe's, bars, restaurants and shops, and just up the road from Brixton. Not to mention Streatham high street also has a lot to offer. I am quick to solve any issues and any accidental damage can be assessed on a case by case basis. The deposit is more to protect myself if the tenant is to leave on less than 30 days notice. no agents are involved! yippee! look forward to hearing from you. Taylor
