Park-facing two bedroom flat in Bow, Available now

My flatmate and I are moving out of our beautiful, two bedroom flat in Bow. We had two people who wanted to move in but it fell through and now we are looking for someone to move in ASAP! Can be a bit flexible on dates but ideally would like someone who can move in straight away. It is bright and airy, gets lots of sun and has south-facing views of Tower Hamlets cemetery park. Very quiet, with nice neighbours, and lots of nature (we are the same height as the trees in the park and it feels a bit like living in a treehouse!). The living area and kitchen are both spacious and the living room has a lovely Juliet balcony that looks out over the park. There is also a dryer in the kitchen which was really handy during the winter months. Both bedrooms are a decent size although one is bigger than the other so we have split our rent accordingly. The larger bedroom also has its own balcony. The transport links are excellent. We live a five minute walk from Bow Road station where you can get the District or Hammersmith City line. And then it's about a 10/15 minute walk from Mile End where you can also get the Central line. There are also lots of buses from Mile End Road. To pass the credit checks you will need to earn a joint income of £61,200 a year and be in stable, full time employment.
