1 room flat of 53 m² in London

Hi, I am looking for someone for a short-term let (bills included). Available for the whole month of August. Plus or minus a week or so if needed. One double room and one office/single room. Transport links are good - buses right outside the flat to Waterloo/Elephant & Castle/ Holborn etc. Just over a ten minute walk to Denmark Hill with trains to London Bridge in 13 minutes Fifteen minute walk to Loughborough Junction with direct fast trains to Blackfriars, Farringdon, Kings Cross. My flat is my haven! I would like someone who takes care of the place and needs a peaceful place to retreat to in London. No parties, loud music etc. Happy for a single person or couple to stay here.
