2 rooms flat of 5607m² in Bristol

I am looking to rent out my beautifully peaceful 2 bedroom ground floor flat in St. Anne's. It is a perfect space for a couple, or an individual who is looking to live independently. I would like to be able to offer the whole flat to an individual for £1000pcm and £1200pcm to couples. The bills cost around £215 per month currently and the flat is available from the beginning of May. It is a spacious flat with a huge garden which I don't think the pictures quite do justice! It is in a really peaceful and green part of the city, but a 10 minute drive or 20 minutes cycle from the centre and Church road in St George. It is also on the no.5 bus route and has Teir bike/scooter stops very close to the flat too. I am searching for people I can trust with my home and those who don't mind some of my furnishings and belongings remaining. I have recently got a job in London, which is why I am renting out the flat. It is likely that I will return on weekends, therefore I am ideally looking to rent out the one room, although I am happy for the second room to be treated as a spare when I am not there. I hope to carry out the viewings in person, so we can meet. But if I am unavailable viewings could be carried out by my mum.
