A very unique penthouse in a grade II listed building. There are elderly people in the building so it would suit someone not noisy. Maybe a writer or illustrator. it is a nice space to think in and relax with the view. I am going away and am looking for a professional couple or maybe a mature student to stay short term maybe longer if it works out that way.
