I live in Paris and I am in London once/twice a month for two days, so the rest of the days the flat is free to be used as pied a terre i. e. only as a secondary residence - ideal for a part-time commuter who needs to be in London only a few times a month ie not to be used as a primary full time residence. Monthly rent contributions to be discussed depending on the usage.
