1 room flat of 50m² in London

Pied a terre share Looking to share my one-bedroom flat in central London, Aldgate East on a pied-a-terre basis. I'm currently based in Paris and only use the flat a few days each month. This means it's available for up around 20 days a month to be used as pied a terre i. e. only as a secondary residence. This arrangement is ideal for a part-time commuter/professional who needs a comfortable base in London occasionally but not for full time primary residence. Monthly rent contributions to be discussed depending on the usage.
