We manage the flat ourselves through the OpenRent platform, and have been successful landlords with happy tenants for over five years. The rent is negotiable in theory - in recent years we have had over 50 enquiries so we haven't accepted offers, but the rental market is impossible to predict so if you have a maximum feel free to make us an offer. By the time we do viewings it will be very clear whether we are in a position to accept lower offers and we will be very straightforward with you.
