Just bear in mind that it is kitted for up to 4 people.There is a sofa bed for up to 2 guests in the living area that can be made up upon request before arrival, for an additional fee (please select 3 or 4 guests when booking).Please note you must confirm your check in time 24 hours in advance.If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable as a late check-in fee.Late check-in fees:· For check-ins between 22:00 to00:00,there is a £50 fee.· For check-ins between 00:00 to07:00,there is a £75 fee.For security reasons:· We may ask you to upload a photo of yourself on your profile if you do not have one.· No 3rd party bookings.
