The open plan living space features a modern fully equipped kitchen with everything required to cook your own meals at home as well as a dining table, 3 sofas and a smart Tv. There is a sofa bed for 1 person in the living area that can be made up upon request before arrival, for an additional fee (please select 3 guests when booking). The comfortable bedroom features large windows, plenty of storage space for clothes and a luxurious double bed made up with crisp hotel linen. The modern family bathroom has a shower and bath, toilet and sink, as well as complimentary toiletries with fluffy towels for your use. There is also a parking space available for 1 car.Guest Access:Guests have sole access to the property.The Neighborhood:Located between central Manchester and Salford, at about 25 minutes walk in either direction, this is the perfect base to explore all that Manchester has to offer. On your doorstep there are a number of cafe's, restaurants and shops, however for more choice, Central Manchester is just a short drive or bus ride away. There is a large Sainsburys supermarket just 5 minutes from the apartment.Getting Around:Central Manchester and Central Salford can both be reached in around 25 minutes on foot, or a very short drive or bus journey.
