Studio Fourth floor studio apartment where the main living space features hard flooring, electric panel heating, large bright window and furnished with a bed frame, mattress, wardrobe, desk and chair. Room sizes are between sqm. Kitchenette Open plan to the studio with a range of storage cupboards/drawers, stainless steel sink with mixer tap, electric hob, extractor good, combi-microwave/oven, and fridge with icebox. Shower room With vinyl flooring, sink with mixer tap and drawer below, mirrored vanity cupboard, toilet, and shower enclosure with electric shower. A UK guarantor or upfront payment is required.
