2 rooms house of 32m² in London

SE25 South Norwood lovely terrace 2 bed house. I am looking for a very responsible single occupant or couple to sublet our beautiful house in South Norwood, close to Selhurst Park, south Norwood lakes, and Crystal Palace for short term sublet [2 weeks]. We are looking for somebody to stay for 3 weeks minimum from 18 March, with the possibility to extend for 2 months, for £350 a week all bills included. It's 10 minutes walk to Selhurst station, and 15 mins walk to Norwood Junction, a very nice high street and village vibe. It’s just 12 mins to London bridge from Norwood Junction, 1 stop on the Thameslink. There is also the Overground where you can get to Peckham in 10 mins and Hackney in 30 mins, so it’s very well connected. We want somebody with some experience with cats/be a cat lover and can help feed the cat in residence for the discounted price.
