2 rooms house of 65m² in London

SE25 South Norwood lovely terrace 2 bed house. £120 a night – all bills included - 10 days stay. I am looking for a very responsible couple or two friends to sublet our beautiful house in South Norwood, close to Selhurst Park, south Norwood lakes, and Crystal Palace. We are trying to fill 2 ten day periods in September/October: 5-15 September, and 24 Sept- 4 October. It's 10 minutes walk to Selhurst station, and 15 mins walk to Norwood Junction, a very nice high street and villagey vibe. It’s just 12 mins to London bridge from Norwood Junction, 1 stop on the Thameslink. There is also the Overground where you can get to Peckham in 10 mins and Hackney in 30 mins, so it’s very well connected. We want somebody with some experience with cats/be a cat lover and can help feed the cat in residence for a discounted price.
