1 room flat of 31 m² in South Oxfordshire

Hi there, We have a self contained annexe (own front door) adjoining our house. It comprises bedroom, en suite, sitting room and kitchen, and a parking space on a private drive. It is fully furnished and very comfortable. Not suitable for somebody working from home. We live next door - my husband, our 2 children (aged 5 and 3) and me. We also have a 6 month old Labradoodle puppy. We are in a beautiful rural village with a farm shop, cricket club and cafe, 6 mins from J5 and J6 of the M40. There are further local shops and pubs 1.5 miles away, and Thame and Watlington town centres are 10 mins drive. We would consider Monday to Friday lets, and also slight flexibility on rent in return for babysitting/dogsitting! Please do get in touch if you would like any further details. Thanks, Kate
