It has its own entrance from the back. SINGLE person occupancy ONLY. No loud noises after 10pm. Washing machine to be used daytime, maximum twice per week. Private entrance and fully self contained. It is important to follow the rules as the flushing of the washing machine can cause noise to the mai water supply. Also as it is still a flat share you must be considerate for the people in the main part of the flat.
