Hi there I am letting a part of my house converted to a self contained studio flat with a separate kitchen. It is a part of my semi-detached house with a sharing patio. I am looking for one male/female tenant or may be a couple without kids because the space is limited. The flat is totally self-contained so you will live separately from my household. The flat recently has been renovated to a good standard property. All utilities bills and the Internet are included in the price. Please note that I cannot provide a car parking . The house is located close to Raynes Park Station (12 min walk) The price for the flat is £1700 per month including bills. Deposit is £1000. The flat is available from the 2nd of January 2026 .
