It's convenient for transport: 3min walk to bus stops on Banbury Road; 15~20min walk to Summertown shops or Parkway rail station; ~20min cycling to university science area and city centre, and JR Hospital and WIMM building. Tenant can store a bike in a shed. Bus services on Banbury are frequent to all directions. The flat is suitable for a professional, non-smoker and without pet. Minimal stay: 6 months. Shorter tenancy may be considered with a higher rent depending on situation. The rent covers utility bills including electricity, gas, water, high speed broadband, and TV licence.
