The studio is the front part of a property, in a quiet street, a 20 minute cycle ride from cambridge science park and into town. There is space for a car (If you need car charging there is an extra electricity fee,) There is a bus at the end of the street which will take you into Cambridge. Oakington and Histon park and ride services are a short cycle ride.
