Bills included in rent! I’m going somewhere tropical for 3 weeks 1-23 May and looking for someone to stay while I’m gone. The let is for 3 weeks but would be open to a month. The flat has two large bedrooms, bathroom, massive open plan lounge and kitchen. Large sunny rooftop terrace. It’s a 10 minute walk to both Streatham Hill (Balham, Victoria) and Streatham (City Thameslink, London Bridge) stations. Tooting common is just at the end of the road. 25 mins walk to Balham/5 minute bus. Has off road parking also.
