Lovely neighbours as well. It is a unique space, with lofted ceilings, skylights and a balcony. Plenty of daylight. It does get quite hot so I have the windows open for air circulation, and a fan. *Music equipment has been stored away. Looking for someone trustworthy, clean and respectful. Comes fully furnished.
