1 room flat of 42m² in London

Hello, I’m Davide and I’m renting out my own flat in Hoxton for up to 1 month, as I’ll be away from 10th March for around a month. The flat is on the first floor of a quiet building, in one of the best spots in London: just 1 minute walk from Regent’s Canal and 7–8 minutes walk from both Hoxton and Haggerston Overground stations. Hoxton Street is just around the corner, full of lovely independent shops, cafés, and a handy Lidl nearby. I’m looking for a clean, respectful, responsible and non-smoking professional (no students, please) who will treat the flat with care. £500/week all bills included. Longer stays preferred and discounted rates available. Monthly price from £1700.
