1 room flat of 43m² in London

I am subletting my delightful airy one bedroom flat just off High street Kensington over Christmas until the end of January (or possibly February) while I travel for work. Huge windows overlooking communal gardens, beautifully furnished, high ceilings and lovely area of Kensington and Holland Park on doorstep. Flat is furnished with my belongings so reflected in discounted rent, which does not include household utilities (approx 160pcm). The sitting room pictures are old ones and now has my lovely things in it.
