1 room flat of 68 m² in London

Hello everyone 🌞 My partner and I are travelling to Spain and are looking to rent out our lovely one bedroom flat just off of Brixton Hill from May 23rd until the 15th of July (we have a little bit of flexibility around these dates). The flat is situated on the ground floor and is very spacious (approx 700sqft). It features a large living room with a window desk (in case you WFH), ajoining kitchen area (fully equipped), a great sized double bedroom with ample storage space and a one bathroom with a shower/bath. We're in a quiet neighbourhood just off of Brixton Hill. There are great transport links (5 mins to Brixton tube on the bus) and it's a short walk to lovely Brockwell park. We also have a cute little garden with a patio and seating area. The flat is fully furnished and you are welcome to use all our little bits (washing powder, shower gel, stuff in the fridge etc) to make your stay comfortable. We'll move all our clothes etc into one cupboard, leaving you with plenty of wardrobe and cupboard space. The flat is suitable for a single person or a couple like us. We pay £1,900pcm, which works out about £62/night. We would cover the bills, including WIFI.
