You’re close to really cool areas like Upper Street, Finsbury Park, and the gorgeous Waterlow Park. Hampstead Heath is a ten minute cycle. It’s a self-contained one-bedroom with a separate living room, lots of natural light, and a simple, comfortable layout. Fixtures are a bit dated but everything is clean, functional, and well maintained. There is a neat temporary plywood repair in the kitchen ceiling from a previous leak. The issue is fully resolved and the area is dry and stable. This is reflected in the price. Available from 22 January to mid February.
