2 rooms flat of 34m² in London

I have moved out of my house while I am away travelling and am looking for a short term let. I am looking for a minimum of 3 months, but the house is currently up for sale so depending on how quickly it sells this could be extended. I need someone who can be quite flexible with this and also considerate of the fact that there will be viewings when they live there.
