We are looking for someone to live in and look after our lovely traditional tenement flat in Edinburgh while we are away in New Zealand for 11 months. Starting on the 1st of August 2025 till 1st of July 2026. It is a homely flat with lots of traditional victorian features, art, plants, kitchen ware, books and trinkets. The flat is perfect for a couple, or a professional who wants a short term agreement, ideally you would be tidy and clean, it is a non smoking flat, and I’m afraid we cannot have any pets to stay. We have lovely neighbours who are very friendly and the flat is conveniently located near Harrison park and the canal, with cycle routes out of the city and good bus links to the centre of town.
