1 room flat of 25m² in London

I am going travelling for two months and would like someone to stay in my flat while I am gone. The place will be available from the 21st of January to end of March/beginning of April (dates are flexible) . It is less than a 10 minute walk from both Mile End and Stepney Green Station. The flat is 1 bedroom flat with a separate living room, bathroom, wc and bedroom.
