Hello everyone, This is a SHORT-TERM LET in December. I'm going on holiday and am renting my lovely, spacious one-bedroom flat from Thursday 4th December to Monday 29th December. I could potentially start a bit earlier than 4th December. £1750 for 25 nights. All bills are included. It's on the top floor (6th) with lots of natural light and wonderful views of the city from two balconies. You have to see it! Located on the edge of Leyton and Walthamstow, it’s an eight-minute walk to Leyton Midland Overground, which connects to the Victoria Line, or a 15-minute walk to Walthamstow Central (Victoria Line) and loads of buses. A Better Gym and a big Tesco supermarket are two minutes walk, and there are nice pubs, cafe, bars and places to eat within walking distance.
