Good morning, I am looking at renting my 1 bedroom flat based in Muswell Hill in a quite residential area from the 4th December until the end of February, I am looking for someone that will take care of my flat as if it was their own. What’s up included -All bills. -Wi-Fi. -Quite place to enjoy your time off Large 50. -Inch TV with surround sound and Netflix, Amazon Prime and all local channels. - Parking space in front of flat - My good friend on standby (lives close by) if anything is needed - Fully furnished flat (Linen, towels, pots pans, glasses everything you need) - Professionally cleaned before you move in - 1 minute walk to bus stop either the 43 or the 134 bus. - Close to restaurants, shops and bars. - Communal Gardens that’s are unkept to a high standard - High security in the block with a communal entrance and a double door to enter the flat. - Flat based on the 1st floor Rent is £400 per week and deposit, which will be refunded when you leave and my flat is the way you found it. If you wanted the flat i would take a deposit and 1 months rent, to have the property taken off the site and stop advertising
