1 room flat of 78 m² in London

Our flat sits right on the River Thames with really nice views from all the windows - we get tons of natural light throughout the day. We moved in when it was first built 8 years ago, and it's proven to be a really comfortable home that stays cozy all year round. The location works great for us - there's a park just 2 minutes away, and we often walk along the river into Greenwich, which takes about 20 minutes and is a really nice way to spend a weekend morning. North Greenwich station is just 5 minutes on foot, making it super easy to get around (8 minutes to London Bridge, 15 to Bond Street). Everything you need is incredibly close - there's a grocery store and coffee shop literally a minute away, and a good gym within 5 minutes walk. It's a nice balance of having everything on your doorstep while still feeling peaceful and connected to the river.
