LOOKING FOR A HOME SWAP IN EDINBURGH | JULY–AUGUST (SUBLET ALSO POSSIBLE) Hi everyone! I’m planning to spend the summer in Edinburgh, ideally from early July to late August, to live up there during the Fringe Festival. I’d love to do a home swap with someone based in Edinburgh for that period. If a swap isn’t possible, I’m also open to a short sublet. LOCATION (MY FLAT – WEST HAMPSTEAD, LONDON): The flat is a 10-minute walk to West Hampstead (Jubilee line) and Kilburn Park (Bakerloo line). Several bus stops are a 2–3 minute walk away, and overground stations are 12–13 minutes away. Big stores like Sainsbury’s, M&S Food, Aldi, Primark, and TK Maxx are steps away. It’s a quiet and safe area with lots of gyms and a CrossFit box nearby. THE FLAT: – 1 bedroom, a living room, separate kitchen, and bathroom with a bathtub – Bright and spacious: receives sunlight from both sides all day – Fully equipped: dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, air fryer, cutlery, cooking ware – Remote-work ready: 1 standard desk, 1 standing desk, 1 under-desk walking pad, 2 office chairs, 1 screen – High-end bedding and a brand new Simba mattress DATES & OPTIONS: – Looking for a home swap in Edinburgh between 01 July and 31 August – Flexible on exact dates within that range – If you’re not looking to swap, I’m also open to subletting my flat at £2,200/month, including all bills, high-speed internet, and council tax – Minimum stay: 6 weeks.
