Summary; Short term let- all bills included- we're going away for some of Jan/February and March and would love to help someone who is in between places. Perfect size for a couple. Would ideally want someone from mid jan to mid march (2 months) but I am super flexible on dates/ length and could do longer or shorter than this. Normally this is our full time home so the flat will come fully furnished and with our stuff in the kitchen which you are welcome use any of. Tier scooter hire station opposite the house. Cycle path minutes away with bike storage available. Walking distance to the centre (25 mins). Other: Street parking available. No smoking or vaping indoors. No TV provided. EPC RATING; D council tax band- A (but we will continue to pay all bills)
