We’re a couple who sometimes work abroad and rent our flat. This is suitable for someone looking for a short-term let. Price is inclusive of bills. The flat has tall ceilings, wooden floors, large windows and a lot of light. It's comprised of one bedroom, one bathroom (recently remodeled), a living room (with home cinema) and a separate kitchen (with a dishwasher and ninja air fryer). There is also a very nice sofa bed in the living room, to accomodate other guests. The flat is on a beautiful street 2 mins walk from Greenwich Train Station, and 5 min walk to Greenwich Market/Cutty Sark and the river. It has great access to green space, being only 3 mins walk to Greenwich Park. A local butchers and greengrocers are a stone’s throw away.
