1 room flat of 45m² in London

Hi all, Looking to replace myself as a tenant in my 1 bedroom flat in Drayton Park. I’ve adored living here but I plan to move back north and so since I’m breaking my lease early, I need to find a suitable person to replace me! The flat is almost 700sq ft, plenty of storage and fully furnished (minus one or two small items). It’s also pet friendly! I plan to leave around 20th December if possible. Rent is 1950pcm which is reasonable for the area. Bills are approximately 250pcm and water is included in rent. In order to qualify you as a household must earn a minimum of 59k and have the correct right to rent in the uk! Photos and video slightly outdated from before I moved in! Presents better now.
