The flat is on the 3nd floor of a 7-storey new property building (built in 2020). It’s very spacious for a one bed, with an open kitchen, living and dining space, a bedroom with a king-sized bed, 1 bathroom and large inbuild wardrobe space and 1 private balcony with views of the Emirates cable cars. Greenwich Center is located in the building opposite which includes a gym, swimming pool, yoga studio and a library. There is also a Costa Coffee and Sainsburys Local conveniently located at the end of the road (2 min walk). Total rent includes all bills. Preference would be for shorter term renters (3-12 months though would be happy to agree longer if required) and professionals (either one person or a couple).
